Breakfast: My favorite meal of the day.
{coconut milk} Yogurt Parfait: One of my favorite breakfast dishes.
This dish made up of sweet, creamy yogurt, ripe berries, rich walnuts, and crunchy coconut satisfies my taste buds and my hunger. (every time)
I have made this dish hundreds of times over the last few years, serving it in fancy dishware which makes it feel like a special treat.
A few years ago, while on vacation with one of my girlfriends, we served ourselves a version of this parfait in martini glasses. Faaaaaancy.

  1. 1 serving of vanilla Coconut Milk Yogurt (pictured above)
  2. 1 handful of blueberries
  3. 1 handful of strawberries, chopped
  4. 1 handful of mixed nuts (I used walnuts and brazil nuts)
  5. a sprinkle of dried coconut flakes or ​Roasted Coconut Chips


  1. Dish the yogurt out in to a fancy bowl.
  2. Add the fruits, nuts, and coconut.
  3. Serve immediately.


  1. You can make this parfait with any type of fruits or nuts that suit your taste. I use different ingredients almost every time I make it. I like using fruits such as kiwi, raspberries, bananas, and nuts such as almonds, cashews, and hazelnuts. (yum, hazelnuts!)
