garlic

I think people who don’t like garlic are WEIRD. If that’s you, then yes, I think you are weird. 

Seriously though, is there such a thing as too much garlic? I think not.
Last weekend (Easter), I was preparing a dinner with grandpa and his girlfriend, whom of which offered to prepare the garlic ketchup for our carrot fries. She used an ENTIRE bulb of garlic (10-12 cloves) in what couldn’t have been any more than 1/2 cup of ketchup. That is a LOT of garlic to add to any dish, not to mention a few measly spoonfuls of ketchup. Anyway, I wasn’t mad about it. The ketchup had a bite to it for sure but it was edible…. for someone who LOVES garlic like myself.
